예외 상황 및 책임 한정
- 고객이 장비를 수령하기 전에 주문을 취소한 경우, 렌탈료의 20%를 취소 수수료로 공제하고 나머지를 환불합니다.
- 고객은 장비 사용 중 발생하는 모든 손상, 분실, 또는 오작동에 대해 책임이 있으며, 이로 인해 환불이 제공되지 않습니다.
- 고객 귀책 사유로 인한 반품의 경우 왕복 택배비는 고객 부담입니다.
