Keithley’s Series 2400 Source Measure Unit (SMU) Instruments are designed specifically for test applications that demand tightly coupled sourcing and measurement. All SourceMeter models provide precision voltage and current sourcing as well as measurement capabilities. Each SourceMeter SMU instrument is both a highly stable DC power source and a true instrument-grade 6½-digit multimeter. The power source characteristics include low noise, precision, and readback. The multimeter capabilities include high repeatability and low noise. The result is a compact, single-channel, DC parametric tester. In operation, these instruments can act as a voltage source, a current source, a voltage meter, a current meter, and an ohmmeter. By linking source and measurement circuitry in a single unit, these instruments offer a variety of advantages over systems configured with separate source and measurement instruments. For example, they minimize the time required for test station development, setup, and maintenance, while lowering the overall cost of system ownership. They simplify the test process itself by eliminating many of the complex synchronization and connection issues associated with using multiple instruments. Transient Response Time — 30 µs minimum for the output to recover to its spec. following a step change in load.
Command Processing Time — Maximum time required for the output to begin to change following the receipt of :SOURce:VOLTage|CURRent command. Autorange On: 10 ms. Autorange Off: 7 ms.
Output Settling Time — Time required to reach 0.1% of final value after command is processed. 100 µs typical. Resistive load. 10 µA to 100 mA range.
DC Floating Voltage — Output can be floated up to ±250 VDC (2440 ±40 VDC) from chassis ground.
Remote Sense — Up to 1 V drop per load lead.
Compliance Accuracy — Add 0.3% of range and ±0.02% of reading to base specification.
Over Temperature Protection — Internally sensed temperature overload puts unit in standby mode.
Range Change Overshoot — Overshoot into a fully resistive 100 kΩ load, 10 Hz to 1 MHz BW, adjacent ranges: 100 mV typical, except 20 V/200 V (20 V/60 V on 2420), range boundary, and 2440.

- Full operation (1 A) regardless of load to 30°C (50°C for 2420 and 2440). Above 30°C (50°C for 2420 and 2440) ambient, derate 35 mA/°C and prorate 35 mA/Ω load. 4-wire mode. For current sink operation on 1 A, 3 A, or 5 A ranges, maximum continuous power is limited to approximately 1/2 rated power or less, depending on current, up to 30°C ambient. Keithley’s Series 2400 Source Measure Unit (SMU) Instruments are designed specifically for test applications that demand tightly coupled sourcing and measurement. All SourceMeter models provide precision voltage and current sourcing as well as measurement capabilities. Each SourceMeter SMU instrument is both a highly stable DC power source and a true instrument-grade 6½-digit multimeter. The power source characteristics include low noise, precision, and readback. 배송 주의 사항
- 장비 발송 후 배송 과정에서 발생하는 문제(예: 배송 지연, 분실 등)에 대한 책임은 당사의 배송 파트너와 협의하여 신속히 해결해 드립니다.
- 수령 후에는 즉시 장비 상태를 확인하시고, 이상이 있을 경우 수령일로부터 24시간 이내에 저희에게 알려주시기 바랍니다.
[교환&환불 정책]
저희 플랫폼은 고가의 계측장비를 전문적으로 판매 및 렌탈하는 특성상 아래의 환불 정책을 적용합니다.
계약 체결 이후 환불 불가
- 구매 또는 렌탈 계약 체결 후에는 고객의 단순 변심이나 사용 의사 변경으로 인한 환불이 불가능합니다.
- 고객은 계약 체결 전에 모든 장비의 상태, 기능 및 조건을 충분히 확인해야 할 책임이 있습니다.
- 초기 불량으로 인한 고장은 환불 대상이오나, 고객의 부주의나 잘못된 사용으로 인한 고장의 경우에는 해당하지 않습니다.
예외 상황 및 책임 한정
- 고객이 장비를 수령하기 전에 주문을 취소한 경우, 렌탈료의 20%를 취소 수수료로 공제하고 나머지를 환불합니다.
- 고객은 장비 사용 중 발생하는 모든 손상, 분실, 또는 오작동에 대해 책임이 있으며, 이로 인해 환불이 제공되지 않습니다.
- 고객 귀책 사유로 인한 반품의 경우 왕복 택배비는 고객 부담입니다.
